Sydney and Singapore
My first trip in the Southern Hemisphere included Sydney and New Zealand. Sydney is a cool and amazing city which has it all: the iconic Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge, impressive architecture, stilish and relaxed people, pretty girls, fabulous food, good shopping, nice parks and beaches, cool activities, Australia’s native wildlife on display and a generally cool vibe all around. I loved it.
There’s lots of stuff to do: climb on top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge for a very cool experience and fantastic views of the city from above; go to a show at the impressive Sydney Opera House; enjoy good food and a local beer at the the Circular Quay area around the Opera House; go on a whale watching tour to see the annual whale migration, check out native wildlife at Wlidlife Sydney, explore the city’s fabulous beaches or catch a ferry from Circular Quay to Luna Park and enjoy its retro look and feel. On my way to Sydney I stopped in Singapore, another fantastic city. During my second trip here I explored some of the usual destinations including Orchard Road, Sentosa Island and Little India, marveled at the sci-fi looking Gardens by the Bay and did the Southern Ridges Walk connecting some of the city’s finest parks.
